Spicy Baked Salmon
1 lb. skinned salmon filet
1 tablespoon Ala Carte Alice Jalapeno Glaze
1 tablespoon apple juice
1 tablepsoon melted butter
Preheat oven to 360 degrees. Place salmon on a buttered baking dish. Stir or whisk remaining ingredients well. Pour entire mixture over top of salmon. Bake uncovered for about 10-12 minutes. Pour remaining juiced over salmon before serving.
